The Camino San Olave is not a true Camino in its own right but a 60km route linking the small touristy town of Covarrubias to Burgos.

This route takes you to the Chapel of San Olav who is the Patron Saint of Norway a chapel that was built upon the dying request of Princess Kristina from Norway to the King of Catilia who was her brother in law. Although this request was made in 1258 it took some 750 years for the chapel to be built. The camino route was then set out on 17th September 2011.
The route itself passes through many small villages and seems to be mainly well waymarked from what other Pilgrims have said. It takes 3-4 days to walk.

It also details the route, bars and hotels available and has the details of the bus to use to get back to Burgos
