Camino Frances 2018 day 6 - Arca do Pino

We woke up at seven and were pleased when we looked out of the window to see that it wasn’t raining.

Camino Frances 2018 day 5 -

We were all woken quite suddenly this morning at 01:22 by the fire alarm going off. The three of us were worried and were out of bed, valuable is arms ready to evacuate. The others in the albergue looked mildly annoyed and were going toilet as though the alarm was not going off so we assumed that we probably didn't need to worry. After five or so minutes a member of staff came around and told us not to worry, everything was fine so we went back to bed.

Camino Frances 2018 day 4 - Palas de Rei

Today was a VERY wet day! It was wet when we started out for the day and wet when we arrived. When we were going up the big hill out of town we heard one Irish lady say to her friend, "Didn't we come down this hill yesterday?" To which she received the reply, "We came down a lot of hills yesterday but I don't think was one of them!"

Camino Frances 2018 day 3 - Portomarin

This morning was cool but dry as we set off. After about 3 kilometres of walking the Canadian couple we had met the day before caught up with us and Dad started walking and talking with them so when we came to a new Panderia me and Becky stopped to buy the three of us drinks and told Dad that we would meet him at the bar at 100km for breakfast.
