I have never managed to visit the Church of Santa Maria de Eunate (located 2km south-east of Muruzabel in Navarre and not in any village) but have managed to find the opening times (as it is closed during the winter).

The Church has a website at http://santamariadeeunate.es/ for further information.
Please be aware though that there is no longer an albergue at Eunate last I heard.
The Church is a slightly irregular octagon and is made of dressed stone. it's exact origins are unknown as there is not a lot of documentation about the Church with the earliest references to it dating from 1487.
