This site http://www.visit.viefrancigene.org/en/mappe/download/pdf/ has maps of the route of the Via Francigena from Saint Bernard's pass to Rome - you can get these as PDF files to be printed or put on your e-reader or as files to put on your smart phone.
I've only looked at the PDF files and they are not fantastically detailed but at least have the topographic profile as well as showing where accommodation/water fountains and places to eat are.
I have no idea how useful the app for the 'phone is (which can be found at http://www.visit.viefrancigene.org/en/mappe/app-via-francigena/, there are other apps also listed for the same stages on the Google Paly store, I haven't tried any of them so don't know how good any of them are) but the site also lists GPS co-ordinates which I'm thinking would be very useful to have. If anyone has walked and used any of this information then let us know how useful it is in the comments - thanks.
