I came across the below image today and thought that it looked cool - it's made from a 5 euro coin but the Cathedral also appears on 1 and 2 cent pieces so those could be used instead.

In a couple of places in Santiago I have seen the coin pressing machines (you put in a 5 cent piece and a euro, turn the handle and your 5 cents is squished flatter and a design stamped on). Similar machines are in Disneyland in America and people make charm bracelets out of them so this is another possibility:
