There is a new cicerone guidebook on the way of Saint Francis in Italy from Florence to Assisi and then on to Rome out on September 15th

More details on the book can also be found on the above amazon page or visit the author's blog at http://caminoist.org
There's not too much information yet on the book itself but the map above is taken from it (on the blog http://caminoist.org) and I have used Cicerone guides before when walking the Hadrian's Wall trail and the Wainwright Coast to Coast and found the guides to be informative and we'll written.
Saint Francis did supposedly walk the Camino and information about this can be found in this blogpost: http://footprintsonthecamino.blogspot.co.uk/2014/04/saint-francis-of-assisi-and-camino.html
